Check-in starts from 3pm. This gives the team time to prepare rooms properly. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. A late check-out until 1pm may be available for an extra charge, if agreed in advance.

A booking is only confirmed once a 50 percent deposit has been paid. Until payment is received, rooms and rates are not guaranteed. This keeps availability fair and accurate.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked. Some bookings allow cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Other rates are non-refundable and require full payment at booking. Always check the rate conditions before confirming.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, depending on the booking terms. This applies even if travel plans change.

Yes. From 1 April to 30 September, bookings that include a Friday or Saturday require a minimum stay of two nights. This reflects peak demand on the Kent coast.

Major payment cards and cash are accepted. Any remaining balance and extras are settled during the stay or at check-out.

There is pay and display parking next to the hotel. A parking permit may be offered on arrival for a daily fee, but spaces are not guaranteed. Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner’s risk.

Small dogs up to 15kg are allowed in selected rooms only. A charge applies per stay. Approval must be given in advance, as not all rooms are suitable.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building, including bedrooms and corridors. Smoking is only allowed outside at the front of the hotel, near reception.

Rollaway beds are available for an additional nightly charge. Cots for children up to two years old are provided free of charge, subject to availability.

Yes. Bookings of more than three rooms are classed as group bookings. These have a 14-day cancellation window. Rooms cancelled within this period may still be charged in full.

Yes. If behaviour or noise causes disruption and is not resolved when raised, the hotel may end the stay without refund.
