Check-in starts from 3pm. This gives the team time to prepare rooms properly. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. A late check-out until 1pm may be available for an extra charge, if agreed in advance.

All reservations require a valid debit or credit card to confirm. How payment works depends on the rate you choose – Advance Saver rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Flexi rates allow free cancellation or a date change (subject to any rate difference) up to 3pm, 48 hours before your arrival date, at which point payment is taken.

Advance Saver bookings and any promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be changed. If you’ve booked under our Flexi rate, you can cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 3pm, 48 hours before your arrival date. Anything after that point is non-refundable.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, depending on the booking terms. This applies even if travel plans change.

On some dates during peak holiday season, a minimum two-night stay may apply. If you’re unsure whether this affects your dates, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know.

Major payment cards and cash are accepted. Any remaining balance and extras are settled during the stay or at check-out.

We don’t have on-site parking, but there are plenty of options nearby. Pay & Display is available on Albion Place and Wellington Crescent, and there’s on-street parking on all neighbouring streets, just a short stroll from the hotel. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

Small dogs up to 15kg are allowed in selected rooms only. A charge applies per stay. Approval must be given in advance, as not all rooms are suitable.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building, including bedrooms and corridors. Smoking is only allowed outside at the front of the hotel, near reception.

No. The hotel does not have a lift. Guests with access needs should contact the hotel before booking to check room suitability.

Rollaway beds are available for an additional nightly charge. Cots for children up to two years old are provided free of charge, subject to availability.

Yes, bookings for four rooms or more are classed as group bookings and are subject to separate terms and conditions. Get in touch with us directly and we’ll talk you through the details.

Guests are responsible for damage or missing items. Charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning.

Yes. If behaviour or noise causes disruption and is not resolved when raised, the hotel may end the stay without refund.
